Hyperbaton—a literary device that involves altering the normal order of words in a sentence for emphasis, to create a dramatic effect, or to make the sentence sound more poetic.

“Yoda speak” is classic hyperbaton.

In ‘The Tell-Tale Heart,’ Edgar Allan Poe wrote:  ‘Object there was none. Passion there was none.’
